We only support refunds within 14 days of payment for annual subscription users. You can request a refund by emailing support@indiesome.com, and we will refund the remaining 11 months after deducting the current month's subscription fee. No refunds will be provided after 14 days.
Since we offer a free version and allow users to try the paid version for free, you can decide whether to subscribe to our paid service after your trial expires. Even if you choose not to pay, you can continue using the free plan with limited quotas.
