These Terms and Conditions, including ReviewCast's Privacy Policy (available at: https://reviewcast.io/privacy), (together, these “Terms”) are a legally binding contract between you and Indiesome regarding your use of the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. You agree to use our service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Subscription and Payment
You can choose to subscribe to our paid service on a monthly or annual basis. The subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on file. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will not automatically renew for the next billing cycle until you manually renew it.

2.1. Price. We reserve the right to determine pricing for the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to keep pricing information published on the Service up to date. We encourage you to check our pricing page periodically for current pricing information. We may change the fees for any feature of the Service, including additional fees or charges, if we give you advance notice of changes before they apply through the Service user interface, a pop-up notice, email, or through other reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount. You will be responsible for all taxes associated with the Service, other than taxes based on our net income. We may, at our sole discretion, make promotional offers with different features and different pricing to any of our customers. These promotional offers, unless made to you, will not apply to your offer or these Terms.
2.2. Payment Processing. We use Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates ("Stripe") as our third-party payment processor to facilitate payment for the Service via bank account, credit card, or debit card. These payment processing services are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe terms and conditions and other policies available at https://stripe.com/legal and Stripe's Global Privacy Policy available at: https://stripe.com/privacy (collectively, the "Stripe Agreements"). By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to be bound by the Stripe Agreements when using the payment functions. You authorize Stripe to store and continue billing your specified payment method even after such payment method has expired, to avoid interruptions in payment. Please contact Stripe for payment-related questions. We assume no liability or responsibility for any payments you make through the Service.
2.3. Subscription Service. Our Service includes subscription-based plans with automatically recurring payments ("Subscription Service"). The subscription begins on your first purchase date ("Subscription Billing Date") and continues for your selected period ("Initial Subscription Period"). It automatically renews for the same duration unless cancelled or terminated. By activating a Subscription Service, you authorize us to periodically charge all accrued sums until cancellation. Please see our pricing page for subscription fees. Your account will be automatically charged on the billing date and renewal dates for all fees and taxes. To avoid charges for the next period, you must cancel before renewal. You can cancel through your billing menu or by contacting support@indiesome.com.
2.4. Delinquent Accounts. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any unpaid accounts. Delinquent accounts will be charged additional fees related to collection of unpaid amounts. If your payment method becomes invalid at renewal time, we reserve the right to delete your account and associated information without liability.
3. Data Collection
We collect basic information such as your name, email address, and Etsy shop details that are necessary to provide our services. We also collect usage data to improve our product experience.
Your data is securely stored and encrypted. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. The only exception is when required by law or with your explicit consent.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our security practices are regularly reviewed and updated.
