If you have already extracted and saved the original reviews to ReviewCast, but later discover that buyers have left new reviews, you might want to extract and save them as well. This is actually very simple.
Open your Etsy shop page or a specific Etsy listing page. Just like the first time extracting Etsy reviews, open ReviewCast extension panel on your Chrome browser, keep your account logged in, then just hit Extract Reviews button, the new reviews will be imported, while the already imported ones will be automatically ignored.
In short, you just need to run the process again, and the new reviews will be imported without worrying about losing the previously imported ones.
